Rome!

Rome is probably one of the most famous and well researched civilization of the ancient world. And because I didn't want to be a part of all this hype, I didn't look into it until now. I must say as overrated as it seems, Rome does really live up to it. I had the best time reading about its history and stories of its time.

It all started when I walked into Chapters last Saturday. There it was sitting on table. I flipped open the book and was instantly drawn. Finally I had found a good history book that's not full of unreadable text or badly editted jumble of pictures. So I took it home happily. It's proven itself to be one of the best investments I've made.

It's easy to read, nicely organized, provides good additional information and pictures for the reader's better understanding. I would recommend it to everyone for a good read!
